일반대학원 공간디자인전공 [전시디자인특론 I] 수업에서 리움 미술관에서 진행중인 티노 세갈(Tino Sehgal) 전시탐방이 진행되었습니다.

리움미술관에서 열리는 이번 전시는 어떠한 기록이나 물질적 오브제도 생산하지 않는 티노세갈의 ‘비물질적 작업’을 선보입니다. 신체와 언어, 그리고 관계를 매개로 형성되는 그의 작품은 ‘구성된 상황(constructed situations)’이라 불리며, 노래하고 춤을 추거나 말을 건네는 ‘해석자 (interpreters)’와 관객 간의 상호작용을 통해 구현됩니다.

이번 답사를 통해 새로운 형태의 전시 연출과 공간적 상호작용을 직접 경험할 수 있는 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다. 감사합니다💚

As part of the [Advanced Exhibition Design I] course in the Graduate School of Spatial Design, we conducted a field visit to the Tino Sehgal exhibition currently held at Leeum Museum of Art.

This exhibition showcases Sehgal‘s ”immaterial works,“ which produce no physical objects or records. His work, mediated through the body, language, and relationships, is referred to as ’constructed situations.‘ These situations come to life through interactions between the audience and ’interpreters‘ who sing, dance, or engage in conversation.

It was a profound opportunity to directly experience a new form of exhibition staging and spatial interaction. Thank you!
