PRESENTATION
The Visual Communication Design program studies the design methodologies to deliver information in an efficient and interesting manner from a visual communication perspective. Students will develop creative skills applicable to diverse media and the capacity to plan visual communication contents. The program aims to develop cultural interpretative skills that are necessary in a visual designer and to offer an empirical and practical design curriculum, through experimental design labs, design content labs, and typography labs.
The curriculum consists of a wide range of art and design theoretical studies, such as design futurology, form psychology and color psychology, and designer theory, as well as various courses on design content planning and production, including experimental design, digital cultural content production, integrative branding, and image architecture.
Graduates find careers in brand identity design, design trend planning, package design, illustration and publishing design, visual media planning and various other fields in visual communication design.
