Professor Kim Namsee, who specializes in cultural theory and aesthetics, graduated from the Department of Aesthetics at Seoul National University and earned a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies and Philosophy from Humboldt University of Berlin in Germany. He has published numerous papers and articles on aesthetics, cultural theory, and media theory. His authored works include The Act of Seeing (Neomeo School), and her translations include Walter Benjamin’s Moscow Diary (Gil), Memoirs of a Neurotic (Jaeum and Mo-eum), and What Is Power? (Literature and Intelligence).
