In an era when digital screens have become more common and artificial intelligence has emerged as a central topic, the visual arts major aims to produce global media artists who creatively experiment and use video media and advanced technologies. To this end, professors from the Department of Formative Arts unite with researchers from other fields to explore the direction of future-oriented art. The curriculum is a future-oriented convergence course reflecting contemporary art sites, including practical formative arts curriculum based on advanced technology and art theory curriculum based on media theory and modern ideas.
